Michael Cohen

Has been an entrepreneur for most of his life, running a real estate company on the north side of Chicago for almost 30 years specializing in condo conversions. He is a native of Ohio and holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MS in Information Systems Management. His passion has been working with other entrepreneurs since 2011 in Chicago, Oregon, and Phoenix through the SBA’s Small Business Development Center network. As a consultant, he brings expertise in funding, credit, business planning, and financial analysis to his clients. He is currently the lead consultant to StartupSpace, a revolutionary software application that manages local small business ecosystems.

Zaheer Ali

Is a local business owner who also works as Safety and Mission Assurance Manager for USRA, a NASA Ames
contractor. Over the past 20 years, Zaheer has managed technology, people, and risk for the DOE national labs, DHS, DOD, and NASA.
He has also created two technology companies that are helping shape the future through security, science, and value capture.
He is keen to help local organizations thrive during these challenging times.
